proto, mak, mm, cfg, res, rc, def, vmt, vsh, vbsp, inl, asm, m4, vcproj,
vcxproj, sln, in, java, la, manifest, am, and rad.

Also fixes README, CONTRIBUTING, CONTRIBUTORS, LICENSE, CHANGES, COPYING, and
gitignore.
